Artists will be awarded Best in Show ribbons in three categories: Professional, Amateur and Student. We are honored to have three excellent jurors including Artvoice's Best Painter two years in a row: Dorothy Fitzgerald Renowned Collector, Instructor and Curator: Gerald Mead Presidentially Recognized & Niagara Falls' Own Painter: Paul Hanover
